Get More Customers

Here's a quick overview of how you can get more customers

1.  Get a Gmail account, a new Gmail account, that will be used for your business.  This could be something like NameOfYourBusiness@gmail.com or NameOfYourBusinessStateInitials@gmail.com

2.  Using that Gmail account, set up:

- Google Business Listing (GBL)
- Facebook page
- Instagram page 
- YouTube page

3.  Google Business Listing (GBL) and Facebook have an option wherein you can add a WhatsApp number.

Add a WhatsApp number to your Google Business Listing and Facebook page.  (You can download WhatsApp, free, on the Google Play store and on iTunes.)

The WhatsApp number is automatically connected to your primary number, so you can receive calls and texts from clients and customers, and they can easily call you from your Facebook page and Google Business Listing.

4.  For your Google Business Listing, purchase a domain name that uses keywords that are related to the category of product or service that you are selling.  Connect this domain name to your Google Business Listing.

5.  If you have another website, add a plug-in for your website that places a phone icon on your website, so people can easily contact  you when looking at your website, simply by pressing the button.

Basically, you want to make it as easy as possible for people to contact you.

When you get a call, answer it.  Save the name and contact information of the person and give them a follow-up call or text within 72 hours.

6.  Set up an Instagram page with a link to your website in the bio

7.  Use the Gmail account to set up a YouTube page.  Offer easy-to-watch tutorial videos that are related to your product or service or both.

8.  Across the platforms -- Google Business Listing, Facebook page, Instagram page, YouTube page -- offer a specific and clear USP (Unique Selling Proposition), showing how your product or service or both stand out from others.

9.  Across all platforms -- Google Business Listing, Facebook page, Instagram page, YouTube channel -- offer a clear and specific call-to-action, something like, "visit our website for a 20% discount" or "text/call us for a Free Estimate" or "text/call us for a Free Strategy Session", etc.

10.  Populate the Google Business Listing, Facebook page, Instagram page, and YouTube channel with valuable content that helps page visitors get a solution to their problems.  Offer strategies and practical solutions that help page visitors avoid pain and gain pleasure.  

11.  Share the features (what your product or service does) and share the benefits (how what your product or service does) offers positive results.

Let's say you're selling a Personal Coaching Service to Get in Amazing Shape.  The features:  Get into the best shape of your life, feel better, boost energy, get clarity, get your agility back!  The benefits:  Get your confidence back, instead of being overlooked, get looked over, finally get the attention of that someone special, get them asking you to dance instead of vice-versa!

12.  Lead with value by offering valuable content across all the platforms.  

13.  Encourage page visitors to call/text you, visit your website, sign in, etc.

14.  Ask for reviews across all these platforms.  Even video reviews if possible.
